We’re excited to announced we will be serving as the presenting sponsor of a variety of activities for the 59th Annual Lake Geneva Jaycees Venetian Festival.
For the event, which will be held Wed., Aug. 18 – Sun., Aug. 22, at Flat Iron, Library, and Seminary Parks in downtown Lake Geneva, Balsitis Contracting will serve as the presenting sponsor of the Aug. 21-22 Arts & Crafts Fair and the Brat Stand as well as for the Aug. 22 boat parade and fireworks display.
The Arts & Crafts Fair is held at Library Park, just west of downtown Lake Geneva along the lakefront, with more than 100 artists and craftspeople from all over the United States selling unique merchandise. The Brat Stand is located adjacent to the fair and features brats, hot dogs, and soft drinks.
The boat parade, which is held in front of Library Park and the Riviera Beach, starts at dusk with the fireworks display shortly after. The 2021 Boat Parade theme is “Night at The Movies” and all those with a yacht, boat, or dingy and a string of lights are able to participate. Fireworks are shot off from Geneva Bay in downtown Lake Geneva and can be viewed from Library Park, the Lake Front, Riviera Beach, and Flat Iron Park.
“All of us at Balsitis Contracting are excited to be part of the wonderful tradition of the annual Lake Geneva Jaycees Venetian Festival,” said Joey Balsitis, Balsitis Contracting owner and chief executive officer. “As a long-standing community event that provides an opportunity for those in Lake Geneva and surrounding areas to share in family fun while supporting businesses throughout downtown, we are delighted to play a role in bringing this event to life. We hope people from throughout Walworth County and southern Wisconsin can attend and enjoy the excitement provided by the festival.”
